WHY . REMEMBER

Funny reactions of a five year old.  Toothless six year old grins.  Days with family.   Running in from the rain.

Everyday moments are the bestest.

LIFE . SUMMER STORIES

Here we are at the beginning of October and I am finally getting around to blogging some of our summer photographs.

Back in June I mentioned in a blog post that I was planning on spending my summer documenting as much as I could about our travels, adventures and daily life.   I did manage to pull together just a few posts that can be found here.

I have more a lot to share ... and hope to do so over the next couple of weeks.  And why not...with the snow today I think it would be good for us to peruse some sunshiny summer photos!

WHY . CELEBRATING SEASONS

Welcome October.  And fall.  And warm sweaters and good shoes.

To me, that sounds like a good reason to celebrate.

WHY . CULTIVATING GRATITUDE.

I came across this project after a few mentions from Sue Bryce, and immediately it resonated with me.

I haven't personally created a formal project around this, however I can't say enough about how photography has the ability to cultivate gratitude in life.  The big things, little things or what lies in between.  Making me (and hopefully everyone I work with) more aware of what we can be thankful for.

How about you?
