Why did you join the project: A friend of mine joined the project and then posted about her experience. I was excited that Leigha was looking to celebrate women in this generation - their strength and vulnerability; wisdom and desire to continue to learn and have new experiences

How did you feel about your portrait session: I was excited for the opportunity and curious as to how the camera and Leigha would portray me. I remember saying "There I am!" when Leigha showed me some of the photos. Picking the outfits to wear was the most daunting part for me but Leigha stepped in and together we made those decisions.

How do you feel about this current chapter of your life: I feel very fortunate. I retired at 50 and have been able to travel with my husband and family and friends. These years have been reflective at times but mostly I step forward and make more memories.

What would you tell your younger self: Share a smile when you can, don't sweat the small stuff, enjoy the moment!
