I was so excited when Ashley booked her session. Not only to work with and photograph her, but just for the fact that I think we (insert busy moms, juggling life) should all take time to celebrate how far we have come and who we are.

Today I have another great mixed studio session to share with you! A combination grad and family session that was held entirely in the studio creating clean, classic, timeless portraits.
For those new here, the studio is located in the central Alberta town of Sylvan Lake, just a short drive from Red Deer. I love that I am able to serve my clients with these timeless studio sessions that put the focus on them!
This great family came in to the studio last April for a combination session. Wanting a mix of grad portraits and family photos we were able to create a wide variety of images.
Part of the session was held in the studio, and then we headed right outside the studio building doors in Sylvan Lake for a few outdoor shots, braving the cold April air.
The H family visited the photography studio in Sylvan Lake in April of 2018.
We managed to create two different looks and clothing changes for a great variety of images to really tell the story of their family at this stage of celebrating a special anniversary.
There is nothing like the timeless simplicity of a studio portrait session.
