This is why I created this project. To give a voice to these wise women. Women who I respect, admire and look to for true inspiration. Real women. Women who have seen and lived life. Raised children, made homes, travelled roads, discovered themselves. And survived.
I encourage you to click through and read all of their stories, thoughts on aging, where they are at in their lives and what they would say to their younger selves. I can truly say that each and every one of them have impacted me. Some I knew before I photographed them, and some I met on their day of their sessions. But each and every one of them were vulnerable enough to be real and honest about what it’s like to grow older. A true blessing.
